Little Help?

Okay, I've been trying to figure this out for a while now but can't seem to figure it out. I want to make it so that the "reactions" section of my blog has white text instead of black. Also, I want to figure out how to get the description of the blog to show up next to the blog title. Any suggestions, tips, or tricks would be appreciated!

    I think the option to edit the blogger template is somewhere in the dashboard.

    Angel, thank you for the link. I know how to edit my blog, I just can't seem to find the correct section of the HTML/CSS code to do what I want it to do. I've been able to tweak all the other stuff, but those two things continue to elude me.

    Hmmm...I'd be able to try and help if I could look at the HTML/CSS to see if I can pick out the bit of coding that would be the one to change.
